Country park

More than 90% of HKDP's photos were taken in the HK island and this is the first post on the New Territories ;-), the northern-most region of the city which is mostly rural area, aka NATURE for those of us living and working in the concrete jungle!
This photo was taken on Sunday when all 18 of us, families and friends, went to the Plover Cove Country Park for a picnic/barbeque. Autumn is really the best season to go out and it was breezy and sunny that day. To see the location of this country park from Central (where I'm based), click here.

The only time i went in HK, i noticed differnt number plates (is this word exact?) on the cars and someone showed to me which ones coming from "New Territories", it was so strange for me...

"Showed me" is enough, sorry.

Thanks Lisi, I'm beginning to appreciate that Hong Kong is a lot larger than I first imagined. How do you find the time to get around so much?
The pictures of the mid autumn festival are quite spectacular.

Hi Lisi. Very green here compared to downtown HK. Thanks for the peek :)

Thank you all for your footprints...I like less dramatic photos like this one once in a while, it's like a visual capture of a random scene in life, and it's ultra natural. It is also a nice day that I would like to remember. Of course, those trees are lovely too.

a breath of fresh air from busy life in central.
My geography knowledge has been returned to the school. I forgot that NT is so much larger than Central. thought the other way round .
