Springing up
Not sure what that person had in mind when he painted the weeds with the wall and pipe. But whatever he meant to do, he did not kill this little plant...look closer and you'll see a small leaf coming out which seems to have a strong will to live on... Happy spring and have a good sunday! Tags: |

Wonderful capture!! That's nature at its best - finding a way to survive even though it seems nearly impossible.

I like the theme of this photo. Gives you the feeling of "happiness in harsh conditions". Good find!
ã
That is the power of LIFE! It is great that U noticed it!
ã
I echo all three comments so far...wonderful to see something survive when it probably shouldn't. a very resilient plant.
ã
Very well spotted, good sunday to you as well.

Very poetic

Now that is a tough plant.
I'll have to find out what it is, because I need something tough to survive my care, lol.
ã
great...absolutely!
ã
thus is the power of mother nature...
ã
Just shows that you can't paint over the cracks - or was it weeds?
ã
This is the kind of thing you see in Brooklyn and NYC, too, plus a lot of duct tape, people have no time for prep work. Nice idea and photo...the life force...

meybe he was just too lazy to clear the weeds,or maybe he doesnt want to get rid of it, just hide it!

It's great that you like this photo...thank you so much for letting me know you like it!
When I took this photo there were lots of people walking by and they all wondered (or probably thought I was weird) what was there to be photographed :-) And about noticing small things in the background -- it's probably a result of working some years on set in filming...
:-)
