Boarding the ferry


This is the way to and from the gangplank. To the adventurous, boarding and unboarding can be exciting when waters in the harbor is choppy and the gangplank is jumping up and down a lot...To me, I never noticed before that this walkway is so colorful. OK, we will actually be on the ferry and see the harbor tomorrow ;-)

Great job, Your tour of HK is so good I feel as if I could go there and get around with little trouble. Nice colors, it's funny how we sometimes don't notice such things we see so often.

wait till it is low tide and the slope is real steep...

once my shoe was stuck at the plank... thanks to the rocking waves~ =P

Oh and there is that cute traffic light at the top of the slope that signals to commuters to be ready to board..

Hi, I think the yellow band is a section without those bumps you see on the red section for trolleys and anything with wheels...and I remember see somewhere that each ferry takes about 250 people...hehe, and no TST yet today, we are still on the ferry :-)
